We met in December of 2018 after each living in the city for 6 years.

Erik’s patience was evident from the first… as Emily was [redacted] minutes late to their first date at Gold Star Beer Counter in Prospect Heights. Thanks to all the time he had to try the various brews on tap, by the time she arrived Erik’s nerves were all but vanished and they dove into instantly comfortable conversation, each not shying away from deep topics and sharing life experiences.

Each left the city for the holidays, during which time respective friends & family were regaled with excitement and enthusiasm for a blossoming relationship - after only 3 dates!

4+ years later our relationship is deeper and stronger than ever. We can’t wait to share our lives together and our love with you.
